Tray-Packers make it possible to produce large packages, a format particularly popular in supermarkets because of the large quantity of products and ease of display.

Trays in 1/2 pallet & 1/4 pallet

The Quincux forming system makes it possible to optimize palletizing space. It is in fact designed to produce large packages (½ industrial pallet, ½ euro pallet, ¼ euro pallet)

Infeed

The Infeed of the Baumer Tray Packer can be in line or with the innovative 90° System that thanks to the elimination of the classic Divider can reduce the size of the machine and is capable of working with any type of product.

Pick-up cardboard system

Cartons are picked up without pressure by a suction cup system; they are deposited on a belt with a suction system and controlled by brushless motor to regulate its infeed speed. The advantages of the system are:
  • Ability to process cartons of different thicknesses
  • Increased tolerance on the flatness of the blank
  • Decreased machine pitch
  • Ability to process large-sized blanks
