The heart of this machine is the 'innovative product infeed system. Products are banded through a motorized device that works continuously at a constant speed.
The new Wrap Around - Baumer RT forms the box around the product from a spread sheet of pre-punched cardboard; this technique ensures maximum stability of the product inside the package, and at the same time solid, precise and stackable packaging.
The cardboard is picked up using suction cups and vacuum conveyor belt, which ensure maximum efficiency and no damage to the cardboard.
